I think most would agree that Inception was a pretty bomb movie. I’d always been interested in dreams but this movie got me really interested. I think it would be cool to start to keep track of dreams, or perhaps I could start some sort of project where many people could keep track of their dreams. Thoughts?

I just read an interesting article last night about how despite the United States’ ongoing recession, crime rates across the country have dropped dramatically. This decline has been going on since the early 1990s but has continued through one of the country’s worst economic hardships. And the reason for this occurrence? There are likely many factors that contribute to this occurrence. Improved policing methods in New York City since the 1990s deserves some credit. The booming prison population deserves credit as well. Since the 1980s, prison terms have elongated for both minor and major crimes. Needless to say, the United States’ incarceration rate is four times the world average. 2.3 million Americans are currently behind bars. Criminologists fear the day when unemployment benefits run out and anguish rises. Some cities have already seen a jump in violent crime in 2010 already.
